Our Loan Programs Through our network of lending partners throughout the country, we are able to offer an array of real estate and business financing products that can be structured to fit the capital needs for most any type of commercial financing.
Our lending partners include private and conventional lenders and investors utilizing Wall Street, investment funds, insurance companies and banks.
Each loan is pre-qualified as to the appropriate and most likely approval source. We then submit a loan summary to these sources to determine their interest and their approximate rates and terms.
At all times during the process we keep our client informed of the loan status.
Just as no two real estate properties are identical, no single type of loan is best for all borrowers.
Each borrower has specific needs, plans and goals that must be addressed in order to determine which loan is best.
Making this determination is a major part of the service that we provide at Main Street.
We typically do not make loans smaller than $200,000, however there can be exceptions. We have no maximum loan amount.
We offer conventional and government (SBA) financing.
While most loans are secured by real estate, we also have specialty loan programs for medical doctors and dentists as well as other professionals.
Some of these programs will finance real estate, equipment and furnishings as well as operating capital.
We handle equipment leasing and offer business accounts factoring to assist in improving business cash flow. |
